People who mostly have dental problems such as malocclusion are more susceptible to acquiring TMJ disorder. A misaligned tooth is one common symptom of this disorder.
Oftentimes, those who experience this have a difficulty in finding a comfortable bite. Likewise, there is also a significant change on the way their teeth fit. If you have been chewing on only one side of the jaw, be wary because this can result to TMJ problems.
Trauma to the jaws
